The possible causes and treatments for white cloudy urine are: 1. Urinary tract infection, when the infection contains bacteria urine can appear white in color and can be seen cloudy, white flocculent precipitation is visible in the urine, the patient may be accompanied by discomfort such as urinary urgency, painful urination or lumbago. It is recommended to take routine urine and urine culture for examination. If bacterial infection is diagnosed, it is recommended to take oral anti-infective drugs, such as levofloxacin capsule one capsule three times a day for one week, or cefixime capsule one capsule twice a day for one week. If there are symptoms of fever, it is recommended to use intravenous cefuroxime sodium injection 1.5g intravenously twice daily for one week. 2. White turbid urine may also appear when urinary stones are broken or when urate crystals are too high. Usually, stones are seen on ultrasound examination of the urinary tract and require treatment such as extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, or blood uric acid is found to be higher than normal when the blood uric acid is checked.
