What’s wrong with the hardness and pain in the neck tendons?

The hardness and pain of the neck tendons may be caused by damage to the cervical vertebrae, myofasciitis of the neck and shoulders, cervical spondylosis, frozen shoulder, and so on.
1. Damaged cervical vertebrae: prolonged head down or head up may stimulate the local soft tissues of the cervical vertebrae, resulting in congestion and swelling of the neck, hardness and pain of the tendons.
2. Neck and shoulder musculoskeletal inflammation: caused by cold, fatigue, gravity, etc. It mainly manifests as neck pain, stiffness and pain of tendons, and poor rotation.
3. Cervical spondylosis: a disease caused by age-related degeneration of bones and cartilage, typically characterized by neck pain, stiffness, stiffness and pain in the tendons, dizziness, and so on.
4. Frozen shoulder: Inflammation caused by shoulder and neck strains, soft tissue aging, and overuse, etc. The stiffness and pain in the neck tendon is accompanied by limited shoulder joint movement and increased pain in the shoulder movement.
There are other possibilities for stiffness and pain in the neck tendon, and it is recommended to go to the hospital as soon as possible to find out the cause when the neck and shoulder activities are affected or when the symptoms persist for a longer period of time.
