The other is minimally invasive surgery, and is divided into two types, one is the commercial ring method circumcision device, the other is the cutting suture device. These three surgical methods, each with its own advantages and disadvantages. Traditional surgical method, the advantage is that the initial healing time is fast, about 10 days, the disadvantages are intraoperative bleeding, the need to ligate blood vessels, more postoperative edema, infection, pain and other complications, the appearance of the incision is not perfect, etc. The advantages are almost no bleeding during the operation, no ligation of blood vessels, no sutures, less edema, and beautiful incision healing. The disadvantage is that the incision healing time is long, usually takes 2 to 4 weeks to heal, local oozing, etc. The cutting and suturing method, which has just been developed in China, is similar to the anastomosis in gastrointestinal surgery. The advantages are less intraoperative bleeding, almost no edema, fast healing of the incision, usually taking 2 weeks, and the most perfect incision margins. The disadvantages are easy postoperative hematoma, delayed dislodgement of the anastomotic staple, the need for postoperative pressure dressing, expensive equipment, and unsuitable for obese people. I have long been engaged in this surgical method, skilled in three surgical methods, the current commercial ring method is still the mainstream in China, the most grounded, good value for money. For friends with good economic conditions, the third surgical method is recommended. Very rarely use the traditional surgical method.
