A lot of fleshy grains under the glans are considered to be related to pearl rash. The pearl rash is a small rice-like pearl papule, which is a benign lesion and has very little chance of malignancy or cancer. When the patient has such clinical symptoms, it is recommended to go to the hospital for relevant examination to clarify the diagnosis. It is possible to do a white acetate test to rule out the possibility of condyloma acuminata. Pearl rash needs to be differentially diagnosed from acromegaly, and if the possibility of acromegaly is ruled out, pearl rash should be considered. The pearl rash alone does not lead to obvious clinical symptoms and can be treated without special treatment, it is recommended to follow up and observe.
