A 16-year-old young woman with hypertension and stroke was found to have an 8 cm pheochromocytoma in the left wall of the bladder. Preoperative retrograde intubation of the left ureter was performed and the picture is left, outside the ureteral opening is the condition of the tumor pressing into the bladder. Intraoperative presentation of the tumor: cut down surgical specimen. The surgery was laparoscopic bladder pheochromocytoma resection (partial cystectomy), and the left ureter and opening were not damaged during the surgery. Postoperative recovery was good. Blood pressure was normal and weight gain was noted.
