How to treat mild strabismus

The discovery of mild strabismus must go to the hospital ophthalmology examination to clarify the cause of strabismus, for example, the eyes show mild occluded strabismus, but there are no obvious clinical symptoms, most first observation does not need treatment; a few patients with headache, nausea, vomiting, eye fatigue symptoms, need to be treated by correcting refractive error, trigeminal correction or surgery. As for patients with common strabismus, non-surgical treatment is considered for mild strabismus, such as pediatric patients, who need dilated pupil examination to determine the nature of refraction and then wear glasses for correction, and most patients may gradually improve their strabismus through treatment. In the case of paralytic strabismus, medication is needed in the early stage, such as blood-stasis activating or even hormonal medication, and many patients may return to normal and the symptoms of double vision in front of the eyes will gradually improve.
