Milk is not recommended immediately after enteroscopic polypectomy.
Clinically, broad-based adenomatous polyps that are clipped or <2cm in diameter can generally be removed endoscopically. Fasting should be done on the day after surgery to facilitate observation of bleeding. Milk is not recommended in the early stage to avoid causing gastrointestinal flatulence and gastrointestinal symptoms.
After intestinal polypectomy such as dietary advice to eat appropriate fluid, easy to digest food, such as rice porridge, soup noodles, egg custard and so on. Avoid eating spicy stimulation, greasy and indigestible food, aggravate the burden on the stomach and intestines, not conducive to the recovery of the condition.
