Routine blood is a common method of examining the number, morphology, and ratio of various blood cells in the peripheral blood by means of a blood cell analyzer. The blood routine includes: 1. the number of white blood cells and the number and proportion of five types of cells in white blood cells, such as the proportion of neutrophils, the proportion of lymphocytes, the proportion of monocytes, the proportion of eosinophils and the proportion of basophils; 2. red blood cells, including the number of red blood cells, red blood cell pressure volume, hemoglobin concentration, average red blood cell volume, average red blood cell hemoglobin volume, and average red blood cell hemoglobin concentration; 3. Platelets, including the number of platelets, platelet pressure volume and the ratio of large platelets, medium platelets and small platelets, respectively.
