Pain on pressure in the stomach is considered to be a disease of the abdominal organs, most often due to inflammation. During acute attacks, there is significant pressure pain at the site of the intersection of the rib arch and the outer edge of the rectus abdominis muscle, which is also accompanied by fever and should be promptly treated with the surgical option. Patients with malignant tumors of the intestine, especially colorectal cancer, specifically include ascending colon, transverse colon, descending colon, and sigmoid colon. If the tumor is invasive and involves the plasma membrane layer, it may also show local pressure pain and even palpable masses, showing anemia, change in bowel habits and abnormal regularity. Fibrous colonoscopy can make a clear diagnosis, and for patients with early diagnosis, radical surgery should be chosen in time.
