Will you get your period if you take Fenmarton continuously?

Generically known as Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets, Fenomate is synthesized from estrogen and progesterone. It is not usually taken continuously without menstruation.
Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets mimic the ovarian cycle with estrogen for the first 14 days and estrogen and progesterone for the second 14 days. At the end of a course of treatment of 28 days, the next course of treatment should be continued from the 29th day onwards, and there will be no menstruation during the period of continuous dosing. It is commonly used for the short-term treatment of perimenopausal syndrome resulting from natural or postoperative menopause.
It should be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and is contraindicated in the presence of estrogen-dependent tumors, history of breast cancer, unexplained vaginal bleeding, and thromboembolic disease. Adverse reactions include breast swelling and pain, increased vaginal discharge, and abnormal uterine bleeding. Long-term use of the drug may induce breast cancer, cause water-sodium retention, damage to liver and kidney function.
Patients who need to take Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets are advised to go to regular hospitals, complete relevant examinations and use the medication under doctor’s guidance to avoid adverse reactions.
