Depending on the purpose of the examination, you can choose ultrasound, blood tests, biopsy and other tests: 1. Ultrasound can detect the presence of ovarian masses or other hyperplastic lesions, either vaginal ultrasound or abdominal ultrasound. The clarity of vaginal ultrasound is higher than that of abdominal ultrasound, which can confirm the diagnosis of polycystic ovaries, follicular development, as well as ovarian cysts and other malignant tumors. 2. Blood tests. If the nature of the mass in the ovary cannot be determined by ultrasound, the possibility of malignant lesions can be considered, and the diagnosis can be further confirmed by blood tests for CA125 and other tumor markers. If the ovarian function is measured, blood needs to be drawn for endocrine six items and anti-Mullerian test tube antibody test, which can detect the endocrine condition of the ovary. 3. If the ovarian mass is suspected to be malignant, ovarian biopsy can be done through laparoscopy.
