Difference between balsam and tulip

Its main effects are to move qi and relieve depression (relieving stagnation by unblocking qi), dispel blood stasis and relieve pain (removing blood stasis to alleviate pain), cool the blood and clear the heart, and benefit the gallbladder and reduce jaundice (unblocking the biliary tract and eliminating jaundice). In clinic, it is mainly used for treating the pain in coeruleus and ribs caused by stagnation of qi and blood, irregular menstruation; used for vomiting blood and urinating blood caused by stagnation of blood-heat and stagnation of blood; when used for jaundice, it is often used in the same way with Inulae, Qianqin Cao and Gardenia.
