Analgesic drugs: common for non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen, aspirin, etc., adverse effects of gastrointestinal symptoms; for migraine, cluster headache, there are some drugs with specific analgesic effect, commonly used drugs for treprostinil, such as schmapentane, prohibited in patients with uncontrolled hypertension.
2. For the cause of headache medication: If the headache is caused by high intracranial pressure, mannitol can be used to lower the cranial pressure; if vasodilatation leads to headache, ergot alkaloids can be used, such as ergotamine tartrate.
