If it is one year after menopause and you have menstrual flow, it is abnormal. If it is not yet menopause and you have menstrual flow, it can be normal. If you have menstrual flow again after one year of menopause, there are several possibilities: First, consider the inflammation of the endometrium, because the inflammation of the endometrium may also cause bleeding. Second, consider a bad endometrial lesion. At this time, it is best to go to the hospital for an ultrasound to look at the endometrium and the uterus. Normally, the endometrium of women after menopause is very thin, usually not more than 6mm. If it is more than 6mm and there is vaginal bleeding, it is better to do diagnostic scraping at this time, and then do pathological examination to make a clear diagnosis. Also, look for submucosal fibroids in the uterus, because some of them can also show bleeding.
