Stomach ultrasound can check the organic lesions of stomach wall. Generally speaking, the so-called organic lesion refers to obvious morphological changes, such as middle and advanced gastric cancer, the gastric wall is obviously thickened, the five layers of the gastric wall morphological structure disappears, and the surrounding lymph nodes will be enlarged, and gastric ultrasound can find these manifestations. There is also gastric mesenchymal tumor, which is a kind of mass-like lesion around the stomach wall with very rich blood supply, and it can also be found by gastric ultrasound. However, lesions such as gastritis occur mainly in the mucosal layer of the stomach wall and are a condition characterized by surface congestion, edema, or very shallow ulcers. Since its manifestation on stomach ultrasound is very subtle and not currently available at such a high resolution, stomach ultrasound may be less sensitive to gastritis disease. If a patient experiences stomach discomfort, it is recommended that he or she seeks medical attention promptly and under the guidance of a doctor for relevant examinations and treatment.
