Patients who have had multiple treatments elsewhere and still cannot control their asthma attacks are often seen in the clinic. Either they are treated with inhaled preparations, or injected with long-acting hormones, or infused with fluids or oral hormones, in short, they are becoming increasingly drug-resistant. This undoubtedly makes Chinese medicine treatment very difficult. However, with the treatment of my teacher, Director Wang Youkui’s asthma treatment formula “Roaring Spirit Tang” with extra reduction, all of them can be controlled quickly and get rid of the dangerous situation caused by drug resistance. A typical case was reported in China Chinese Medicine News on November 10, 2006, in which this patient was rescued several times in a western hospital due to acute asthma attacks and her life and work were seriously affected.
