CT or X-ray for orthopedic radiographs

Orthopedic radiographs, CT and X-rays are commonly used. If there are obvious positive signs of fracture, such as longitudinal percussion pain, localized pressure pain, abnormal activity, and obvious deformity, the presence of a fracture can be determined by physical examination, mostly by X-ray, which can detect most obvious fractures. If there is an obvious positive sign of fracture, but no obvious fracture is found during the filming process, the next step is to perform a CT examination, which can detect a relatively hidden fracture and requires a three-dimensional reconstruction. The disc and bone visualization are different.
