Can a high and low pelvis cause groin pain?

The iliac crests on both sides of the normal pelvis are always symmetrical and there is no difference between high and low. If the two sides are not symmetrical, one side of the ilium and hip can be seen upward, while the other side is downward, the pelvis is high on one side and low on the other, and the body tilts to the low side when standing, which is called pelvic tilt. Pelvic tilt can be characterized by gait limp, pelvic tilt, lateral concavity of the spine, abduction contracture of one hip joint, and unequal length of limbs. On examination the groin is deeper on that side and the femoral artery is not palpable. Clinically, there may be painful symptoms and localized pressure in the groin region. When the symptoms of pelvic tilt appear, it is necessary to consult the doctor in time and standardize the treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
