Insomnia is the persistence of and/or maintenance of sleep disorders for a considerable period of time, resulting in a quality and/or quantity of sleep that does not meet the physiological needs of the individual, thus affecting his or her daytime activities. In addition to going to a regular hospital, insomnia patients can also adapt to some easy-to-use methods of Chinese medicine health care to achieve or sleep quality. The following is a brief introduction to some of the commonly used methods: 1. Moxibustion: can be used to moxibustion the heart point with ginger interval treatment.
