The treatment of intractable headache needs to be combined with different diseases, as follows: 1, migraine: need to prevent triggers, when the pain attack to clarify the disease in time, and the use of drugs such as treprostinil to treat, reduce and control the pain symptoms; 2, cluster headache: need to be given during the onset of 100% oxygen intake, and bed rest, in the CT guided pterygopalatine ganglion puncture or radiofrequency treatment, with drugs to effectively alleviate the pain; 3, tension headache: the use of trigger-point muscle therapy, that is, to determine a fixed point of muscle spasm, to do needle therapy.
