Small grains of flesh appearing under the armpit may be caused by enlarged lymph nodes under the armpit; it may also be normal to feel the armpit lymph nodes in thinner people; or it may be superficial swellings in the epidermis or under the skin, commonly known as skin warts, powdery tumors or lipomas, fibroids and so on. If you want to make a diagnosis, you can usually go to the hospital to check the local ultrasound, which basically can confirm the diagnosis. If it is a local superficial swelling, no inflammation can be treated without special treatment, and if it does not affect work or life and does not suddenly grow very fast, it should be observed on a regular basis. If it affects work and life, it can be removed surgically. In case of enlarged axillary lymph nodes, attention must be paid to whether malignant tumors from other places have metastasized to the axillary lymph nodes, such as malignant tumors of the breast or tumors of the chest or lungs.
