Water sunflower is the flower of water sunflower in the genus Cyclamen, family Asteraceae. It is bitter and salty in taste, slightly warm in nature, with a small poison, and has the effects of dispelling wind and improving eyesight, resolving phlegm and softening hardness, and inducing diuresis.
