The dangers of long-term use of Crestor

Cosyntropin, generic name of which is Skuccizumab Injection, may have harmful effects of long-term use such as infection, exacerbation of Crohn’s disease, development of hypersensitivity reactions, and increased risk of hypersensitivity in latex-sensitized individuals.
Based on clinical studies, the following hazards may be associated with the long-term use of Skuticizumab Injection in therapy:
1. Data from clinical studies suggest that there may be an increased risk of infections with Skuccizumab Injection. Most infections occurring in patients receiving treatment are mild or moderate, with the most frequent adverse reaction being upper respiratory tract infections. If a patient develops some type of serious infection during treatment, the drug should be discontinued and the patient’s condition closely monitored until the infection resolves.
2. In clinical studies, some patients with Crohn’s disease have been observed to have an exacerbation of their disease following the use of Skuclizumab Injection, and in some cases the progression of the disease has been severe. Therefore, this drug should be used with caution in patients with active Crohn’s disease.
3. Allergic reactions, such as urticaria, have occurred in patients treated with Skuclizumab Injection. If a severe allergic reaction occurs during the use of the drug, the drug should be discontinued immediately and appropriate therapeutic measures should be taken immediately.
4. The needle cap of the pre-filled syringe of Skuclizumab Injection contains a derivative of natural latex, which may cause allergic reactions in some individuals who are sensitive to latex.
If any of the above hazards occur during treatment with this drug, do not blindly solve the problem, you should go to the hospital in time and standardize the treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
