Do children with asthma need to avoid food or not?

A child has been diagnosed with asthma by a doctor, or a family member has taken their child for an allergen check and found out that they are allergic to something and asked the doctor what to do. Most doctors may tell the parents to avoid certain things, while others may tell them not to do so. Experts in the field of allergy at home and abroad are in agreement that if a food test is negative, then your child does not have a cough or wheezing, the food test is negative and you can continue to eat that food, but you must avoid that food. Therefore, it is not possible to make a generalization about avoidance of food.
