Causes of recurrent migraine attacks

”Headache, headache, headache again”. People always keep saying this in their lives, but they don’t think about getting a good checkup to find some treatment, they rely on rest and relaxation to relieve the headache at the moment. Some headaches may be migraines, which not only do not reduce or disappear on their own, but also come back and forth, tormenting people constantly. It causes many people to be unable to work or study normally, which has a great impact on their lives and even changes the originally planned trajectory of their lives. Many normal people cannot imagine the pain of migraine sufferers, who not only have severe head pain, but also may be accompanied by nausea and vomiting, fear of light and also fear of noise, and the only thing they can do is to rest and take medication and rest. So what are the causes of recurrent migraine attacks? According to neurovascular theory, the blood vessels and nerves on the human scalp originally do not disturb each other, but the scalp of migraine patients has different degrees of compression or entanglement due to some reasons. In this case, then there are external stimuli, such as bad eating habits, smoking and alcoholism, women’s endocrine metabolism and other reasons will stimulate this area, and then the pain point will expand, thus triggering recurrent migraine attacks. Is there nothing we can do about such a torturous migraine? This is the opinion of many people and even doctors that migraine is difficult to treat and can only be relieved by medication, but in fact, there are hospitals that specialize in the surgical treatment of migraine, and by performing microvascular decompression on patients, some migraine patients have recovered from the torment of migraine. After the operation, these patients said that they did not have the operation earlier, so that they could leave the pain earlier.
