What if the liver and gallbladder are hot?

Liver and Gallbladder Heat Sheng belongs to the TCM medical term for fever due to diseases of the liver and gallbladder system, as well as abdominal distension and pain and other uncomfortable symptoms. It indicates the presence of liver and gallbladder diseases, including various common liver and gallbladder diseases, such as liver and bile duct stones, tumors, abscesses, or biliary tract obstruction and infection, with symptoms such as fever and jaundice. The most common causes are the occurrence of cholangitis in the patient, as well as acute obstructive septic cholangitis. In patients with cholangitis who do not have obstruction, and only have chills and fever, it is recommended to consider intravenous infusion of broad-spectrum anti-inflammatory drugs for anti-inflammatory treatment, such as cephalosporins, and tinidazole. If the patient has acute obstructive septic cholangitis, it is recommended to carry out biliary decompression first, and may consider PTCD for drainage and decompression, or ERCP under the choledochal or common hepatic duct stone removal surgery, and place the nasobiliary tube for drainage. At the same time, the patient needs to actively apply broad-spectrum anti-inflammatory drugs for anti-inflammatory treatment, and the symptoms of liver and gallbladder fever will be relieved or cured.
