Fetal head position ROT refers to the fetal orientation of the fetus in occipital right transverse position, and fetal orientation refers to the relationship between the indicator points of the fetal previa and the maternal pelvis. Fetal first exposure is occipital, facial first exposure is chin bone, rump first exposure is sacrum, shoulder first exposure is scapula as the indicator points, each indicator point is in a different position in relation to the maternal pelvic entrance left and right front and back transverse, constituting different fetal positions. There are six fetal positions for head first exposure and rump exposure, and four fetal positions for shoulder exposure; ROT means that the fetal head is indicated by the fetal occiput, which is located on the right side of the mother’s body, and the fetal face is located on the left side of the mother’s body.
