How to hold CPR hand signals

To perform CPR, you should stack the roots of the palms of both hands up and down, cross the fingers underneath, and straighten the arms.
Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is the most basic method of resuscitation using unarmed hands and assistive devices to maintain artificial circulation and respiration in cardiac arrest patients. When performing chest compressions, the roots of both palms need to be stacked up and down and placed on the lower part of the sternum, the body should be slightly leaning forward so that the shoulders, elbows, and wrists are located on the same axis, and the gravity of the upper body is used to press down vertically.
When performing CPR, the frequency of heart compressions should be maintained at 100 to 120 times/minute, with a depth of 5 to 6 cm in adults, to ensure that the thorax can be fully rebounded after each compression, and to minimize the duration of interruptions in compressions. For every 30 compressions, 2 artificial respirations are required.
