What are the items checked in the physical examination

For a general physical examination, we mainly consider in several directions. First, blood analysis is needed for blood, and a biochemical series is needed, which includes liver function, lipids, renal function, and ionized blood glucose. If there is a past history of diabetes-related diseases, glycated hemoglobin is also checked. If there is a history of cardiovascular disease, we need to check blood homocysteine measurement. If there is a previous problem with thyroid function, we need to check thyroid function measurement. For some middle-aged and elderly people who need to be screened for tumors, we need to check tumor markers for men or women to do the screening. Physical and chemical aspects need to check the electrocardiogram, abdominal ultrasound, that is, gastrointestinal ultrasound, urinary ultrasound, cardiac ultrasound. For cerebrovascular, we need to check intracranial Doppler and cervical vascular ultrasound to assess the vascular status in the skull. For imaging, we need to check head CT or cranial nuclear magnetism, head nuclear magnetism is more sensitive and clearer than CT, but for cerebral hemorrhage, head CT is the gold indicator and is very sensitive. We also need to check cardiac coronary angiography, if there is a problem with the heart, we can check the cardiac blood vessels or intracranial magnetic angiography, which can also better assess the status of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular.
