The most common clinical cause of leukorrhea that appears in piles like clear snot is the leukorrhea that occurs during ovulation. Due to the change in hormone levels in the body during ovulation, cervical secretions start to increase, as well as vaginal secretions, and clinically there will be a secretion similar to egg white, and the degree of straining is particularly good, which is the unique leucorrhea during ovulation. If the leucorrhea is in a pile like pus, this is often due to chronic cervicitis. Clinical examination will reveal localized congestion and edema of the cervix and a large amount of purulent discharge in the cervical canal. It is recommended that anti-inflammatory treatment be actively given clinically and that sexual intercourse not be allowed during the medication period.
