It is a pathological change of chronic inflammation of the cervix, also known as cervical glandular cysts, which can exist singly or in several places at the same time. Some cervical cysts can disappear on their own and annual gynecological examination is sufficient; for larger, dense cervical cysts or combined infections causing increased discharge, odor of vaginal discharge, frequent bleeding during intercourse or affecting sexual life, corresponding treatment can be performed. However, before treatment, routine cervical cytology examination, cervical HPV examination, colposcopy and biopsy should be performed if necessary to exclude cervical intraepithelial neoplasia or cervical cancer. Physiotherapy or local medication is usually used. Physical therapy includes microwave therapy, laser therapy, electrodebrider excision, etc. These treatments are similar and not too painful during the treatment. Most cervical neoplasms have no clinical symptoms and are mostly found occasionally during checkups, so there is no need to be overly stressed and there is no need for treatment, only annual gynecological checkups are needed.
