3. Androgen-induced sebum secretion: the follicular sebaceous glands are mainly regulated by sex hormones, and increased levels of androgens in the body may lead to increased secretion of sebaceous glands or sebaceous gland enlargement. At this time, Propionibacterium acnes within the hair follicle is prone to localized inflammatory hyperplasia.
4. Other factors: patients with severe acne on the face are also considered to be caused by heredity, immune dysfunction, poor dietary habits, emotional excitement and so on.
