Sleep disorders, internationally, are categorized into eight categories: the first, is insomnia, such as psychological, physiological insomnia, idiopathic insomnia, which is the first classification. The second is breathing-related sleep disorders, such as central sleep apnea syndrome. There is also obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. The third one is non-breathing related sleep disorders. It causes excessive daytime sleepiness, such as episodic somnolence, and other excessive sleepiness. The fourth one is circadian rhythm, dysregulated sleep disorders. This includes circadian rhythm disorder sleep disorders that are spontaneous and caused by behavioral problems. The fifth is heteromorphic sleep-wakefulness disorders, such as heteromorphic sleep associated with rapid eye movement sleep. The sixth, is movement-related sleep disorders. The seventh, like independent symptoms, or normal variants, of as yet undefined items, sleep-related syndromes between normal and abnormal sleep. For example, long sleepers and short sleepers are included here. There are also other sleep disorders, such as physiologic and organic sleep disorders. In short, the international sleep disorders are divided into eight categories. The first category is insomnia; the second is related to breathing; the third is suitable for non-breathing-related; the fourth is caused by circadian rhythm disorders; the fifth is anomalous sleep arousal disorders; the sixth is a movement-related sleep disorders; the seventh is an independent symptom of the normal variant of the project has not yet been defined; and the eighth is other sleep disorders.
