Low back pain is one of the most common symptoms of the disease. It is generally caused by muscle inflammation due to the accumulative injury of life and work that causes the lumbar muscles to be in an uncoordinated state for a long time. Existing surgeries and medications are difficult to achieve the effect of eliminating low back pain because the damage to the soft tissues of the lumbar region caused by low back pain is difficult to be repaired by these means, and even if there is some relief, it is particularly easy to recur. Foreign studies have shown that the continuous strengthening of the core muscles of the lumbar region can not only stabilize the lumbar spine, but also effectively prevent and treat low back pain. This is also the best mode of treatment for patients with chronic low back pain, which is strongly recommended by the National Academy of Physicians. Core muscle group stability training action is simple, no site restrictions, ideal for the general public long-term practice. Here is a brief introduction to the four movements: ① prone support: prone position, with both elbows and feet as the fulcrum, the body will be propped up and suspended in the air, the body is a zigzag, maintain the action for 15 seconds. ② side lying support: side lying, elbows to support the body, elbows and ankles as the fulcrum, the body will be lifted up into a straight line and maintain the action for 10 seconds. ③Legged bridge: supine position, bend the hips and knees, lower back force, lift the lower back and hips, so that the hip joint is straight, can maintain the posture for 15 seconds, in order to increase the proprioception of the lower back. ④ Diagonal support: take a kneeling position, support the body with both hands and both knees, straighten both upper limbs, bend both hips and bend both knees 90°, then straighten the left upper limb forward and extend the right lower limb backward so that the body is supported by the right hand and left knee only, maintain the posture for 10 seconds.
