Oseltamivir is ineffective against novel coronavir and effective against influenza A or B viruses. Oseltamivir played a good therapeutic role in influenza viruses that were prevalent in previous years, but was ineffective against novel coronaviruses. During the treatment of this new coronavirus epidemic, it was found that the following drugs can be applied for antiviral treatment. Firstly, alpha interferon nebulized inhalation can be applied. Secondly, lopinavir and ritonavir can be applied for oral treatment, and there are also chloroquine phosphate and abirater, which are also oral antiviral drugs, both of which have a course of treatment of no more than 10 days, and ribavirin can also be applied for intravenous treatment of no more than 10 days. In fact, this new coronavirus contact time is still very short, the real antiviral treatment is still being gradually explored, mainly rely on the patient’s own immunity to fight the virus.
