There are generally no fruits that normal pregnant women cannot eat. However, pregnant women who are obese or diabetic should avoid fruits that are high in sugar.
Fruits are rich in vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber, which play a great role in supplementing the nutrition of pregnant women during pregnancy, so pregnant women can eat some fruits in moderation every day.
However, if a pregnant woman has obesity and diabetes, then fruits with high sugar content such as peaches should be avoided to avoid increasing the chances of complications.
Pregnant women also need to drink enough water during pregnancy, moderate activity. Avoid greasy, spicy, stimulating and high-sugar, high-energy food, quit smoking and alcohol, avoid inhaling second-hand smoke, to ensure physical and mental health.
