Aloe vera whole leaf extract is a group 2B carcinogen. The list of carcinogens published by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) of the World Health Organization on October 27, 2017, shows that Aloe vera whole-leaf extract contains rhodopsin-type free anthraquinone, which is a group 2B carcinogen and a probable carcinogen. There is sufficient evidence that Aloe vera is carcinogenic to animals, while there is a lack of evidence as to whether it is carcinogenic to humans, which is not yet sufficient to assess carcinogenicity. To prevent cancer, stay away from carcinogens, exercise more, develop good eating and living habits, and maintain a pleasant mood. Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits and quit smoking and drinking. If there is any discomfort, actively consult a doctor and do not blindly self-medicate.
