If the gastric cancer lesion has invaded the submucosal layer, as long as the lesion does not have regional lymph node and distant organ metastasis, then the patient still belongs to early stage. Gastric cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in digestive tract. According to TNM staging criteria of gastric cancer, early gastric cancer mainly includes gastric cancer lesions invading into mucous layer, submucous layer, or muscular layer, but the lesions are limited, and there is no metastasis to perigastric lymph nodes or distant organs. Early gastric cancer usually has no obvious symptoms or atypical symptoms, such as fullness and bloating of stomach after eating, acid reflux and heartburn. The treatment of early gastric cancer is mainly radical surgery, and some patients need to be given adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery. After active comprehensive treatment measures, the five-year survival rate of patients is about 85%, with a relatively good prognosis.
