Mycoplasma deiuriae is a common mycoplasma in human genitourinary tract, which is one of the important pathogens of sexually transmitted diseases, and it can cause vaginal, cervical and other genital infections, but it doesn’t cause varicocele, which is mainly due to the insufficiency of venous valves in the spermatic cord, venous reflux obstruction and other factors.
1. Insufficiency of venous valves in the spermatic cord: there is a special structure in the veins called venous valves, which can prevent the venous blood from refluxing. When the venous valves in the spermatic cord are not functioning properly, the blood can reflux and cause primary varicocele.
2. Obstruction of venous return: it is mostly due to the compression of internal spermatic vein by retroperitoneal tumor, renal tumor, pelvic tumor, etc., or cancerous thrombus of inferior vena cava or renal vein, which affects the venous return and triggers secondary varicocele.
Varicocele can usually be cured after standardized treatment, and it is recommended that patients go to the hospital in time and actively cooperate with doctors.
