Our department has introduced the latest treatment for disc herniation —- intervertebral foraminoscopy technique. The removal of the disc is done through a working channel of about 6mm in diameter, under DSA guidance and under direct TV lumpectomy. This technique is the latest treatment. It does not damage the muscles and fascia, does not destroy the stability of the spine, and can achieve similar results as open spine surgery. It is well accepted and praised by the majority of patients.
