The process of ovulation promotion

The ovulation process needs to be chosen differently depending on the body condition. For IVF ovulation induction and normal ovulation induction, there is a clear difference between natural conception. For IVF ovulation promotion, a down-regulation process is required prior to ovulation promotion, mainly to increase the number of follicles collected in the ovaries, and to achieve multiple mature follicles in a single egg retrieval by artificially promoting ovulation. Once the conditions are met to start ovulation promotion, ovulation can be promoted by using ovulation-promoting drugs. For women with immature follicles or mature follicles that do not ovulate on their own, there are differences in the ovulation promotion protocols. For follicular dysplasia, ovulation drugs can be used to promote follicular development on the third to fifth day of menstruation, and human chorionic gonadotropin can be used to promote follicular discharge after the follicles have matured. For those who can mature but cannot ovulate, ovulation is usually promoted by chorionic gonadotropin, usually about 36 hours after the drug is administered.
