What is the cause of headache and vomiting?

When a patient has a headache with nausea and vomiting, the following factors may cause it: a. Consider whether the patient has high blood pressure, suggest that the patient can measure blood pressure; b. If the patient has eye diseases, also consider whether the patient has glaucoma, because the glaucoma eye pressure rises sharply, the patient has headache as well as nausea and vomiting; c. The patient may have upper respiratory tract infection. Due to the effect of bacterial toxins, the patient may have infectious headache and nausea and vomiting; iv. The migraine attacks are caused by excessive exertion or mental tension.
