The common lesions of liver parenchyma with uneven echo but normal liver function are chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and fatty liver. When suffering from chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis, fatty liver and other diseases, liver ultrasound can be seen in the liver parenchyma echogenic thickening, uneven, dense small, point-like distribution of abnormal echoes. Due to the strong compensatory ability of the liver, liver injury within a certain degree is generally not cause obvious self-conscious symptoms or liver function abnormalities. When the disease progresses beyond the compensatory range of the liver, there will be obvious clinical manifestations, complications, and abnormal liver function, which is called the decompensated stage of liver function. Liver parenchymal echogenicity is not uniform but liver function is normal, it is recommended to further actively identify the cause of the disease, determine the specific cause under the guidance of specialists, and carry out targeted treatment or therapy.
