Peripheral blood primitive granulocytes greater than 3% is not normal, consider the possibility of pathologic disease, the bone marrow primitive granulocytes account for 3%, if not more than 5%, is still within the normal range. Primary granulocytes are granulocytes that are in a primitive stage and have a large nucleus. Further development of primitive granulocytes will become early granulocytes, neutrophils, late granulocytes, mature granulocytes and so on. 1. In normal people, the normal value of primitive granulocytes in peripheral blood should be 0, i.e. peripheral blood basically does not contain primitive granulocytes. If the peripheral blood primitive granulocytes are greater than 3%, the possibility of acute leukemia is high. 2. Primary granulocytes are often found in the bone marrow, but the percentage is less than 5%. Bone marrow primitive granulocytosis is of great significance in hematologic malignant diseases. If the percentage of primitive granulocytes exceeds 20%, acute leukemia can be diagnosed. Further examination under the guidance of a doctor is required in the presence of the above findings. And observe whether the patient has symptoms such as systemic infection, fever, anemia, bleeding, and skin ecchymosis. If the condition of elevated primitive granulocytes develops further, tests such as bone marrow aspiration may be needed to clarify the cause of the disease and treat it under the guidance of a doctor.
