The rheumatological examination includes blood tests and imaging tests, as follows: 1. Blood tests: mainly include routine blood tests, blood sedimentation, C-reactive protein, rheumatoid factor, anti-O and anti-nuclear antibodies, anti-ENA spectrum, anti-CCP antibodies, anti-AKA antibodies. 2. Imaging tests: include X-ray examinations of painful joints. Through the above screening, it is possible to roughly determine which specific rheumatic disease the patient belongs to, whether it is rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, or dry syndrome or other diseases. If the patient has unexplained fever, recurrent rash, mouth ulcers, joint swelling and pain, and has positive anti-nuclear antibodies, anti-Sm antibodies and anti-double-stranded DNA antibodies in the anti-DNA spectrum, it can be determined that the patient belongs to SLE in rheumatic diseases.
