How long does it take for sand dermatitis to heal itself

Sandy dermatitis usually occurs in children or young children. Self-healing usually takes between one week and one month at the earliest. However, there are many patients who do not heal spontaneously and can be treated by topical application of a weak glucocorticoid ointment dextran ointment 1:1 with a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory ointment such as butyl flufenamic acid ointment. If accompanied by significant itching, treatment can be administered orally with desloratadine dry suspension, loratadine syrup with compound glycopyrrolate tablets 3 times/day, 1 tablet/time. During the treatment period, do not touch sand, cement, rubber, plastic and other chemical substances again, and do not eat spicy, irritating food, such as raw onion, raw garlic, pepper, or strong sunlight exposure.
