Chest pain during inhalation usually cannot be cured by itself if it is caused by lung and pleural diseases or chest trauma; it can be cured by itself if it is caused by spasm of respiratory muscles.
1. 2. Chest trauma: such as rib fracture, etc., can lead to chest pain. X-ray examination should be carried out in time. If it is rib fracture, conservative treatment, medication or even surgery should be given depending on the severity of the fracture.
3. Respiratory muscle spasm: commonly known as “fork in the road”, the respiratory muscle tension and spasm caused by insufficient preparatory activities before the activity, resulting in sudden chest pain during inhalation, stopping the activity, proper massage of the painful parts, holding the breath after breathing slowly can accelerate its relief.
