Can Wu Ling San lower blood pressure?

High blood pressure belongs to the category of “dizziness” and “headache” in Chinese medicine, Wu Ling San does not have the effect of lowering blood pressure, and patients with high blood pressure should use antihypertensive drugs regularly.
Wu Ling San is composed of five medicines: poria, poria, zedoary, atractylodes, and cinnamon sticks, which have the efficacy of inducing diuresis and seepage of dampness (promoting the operation of water to dispel dampness), warming yang and transforming qi (warming yang qi in the body), and relieving epidemiology.
