How big is a physiologic cyst?

Our routine physical examination will sometimes find a lot of cysts in the middle of the body, such as liver cysts, kidney cysts, gynecological ovarian cysts, etc. Often these cysts do not have any symptoms, the size of the general 1-2cm, 2-3cm or even 3-4cm. general physiological cysts are benign, no discomfort, and rarely or almost never malignant, so if we find cysts only need regular physical examination, no need to take medication or special treatment. Therefore, if we find cysts, we only need to have regular medical checkups and do not need to take medicine or special treatment. Only if the cyst is particularly large, such as 6-7cm or more, compressing the surrounding organs and tissues and having local discomfort, combined with infection or the ovarian cyst has a torsion of the stiletto, in such cases we will consider surgical treatment and therapy.
