T1N0M0 belongs to a very early stage of TNM, which is also an early stage of cancer. However, it depends on which part of the malignant tumor it is. Such early stage, that is, stage I malignant tumors, are usually treated by surgical radical treatment. For example, if the stage of breast cancer is T1N0M0, the breast lesion tissue is removed through surgery, and postoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy may not even be needed, but of course, it depends on whether there are any high-risk postoperative recurrence factors, such as cholangiocarcinoma embolism, etc. For early stage breast cancer, if the patient is relatively young and has the will to preserve breast, breast-conserving surgery can be considered. If the post-operative pathology returns a high risk of recurrence, then radiotherapy or endocrine therapy or targeted therapy can be combined. Most of these early cancers are mainly treated by surgery. Tumors that are sensitive to radiotherapy, such as early laryngeal cancer and early nasopharyngeal cancer, can be treated with radiotherapy and can achieve better results. Other types of malignant tumors, such as gastric cancer, esophageal cancer and intestinal cancer, also have good results after surgery, and regular review is needed in the later stage.
